Installation
Method 1: WordPress Admin (Recommended)
Download
Download crow-seo.zip from your WPBay account or purchase confirmation email.
Upload
Navigate to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and select the zip file.
Activate
Click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
License
Go to Crow SEO > License and enter your license key to activate.
Method 2: FTP Upload
Extract
Extract crow-seo.zip on your local machine.
Upload
Upload the crow-seo folder to /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP.
Activate
Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins, find Crow SEO, and click Activate.
Requirements Check
After activation, Crow SEO automatically checks your server environment. If any requirement is missing (PHP version, extensions, memory limit), you'll see a notice with specific instructions.
Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Activate License
Enter License Key
Go to Crow SEO > License and enter your license key from WPBay.
Domain Binding
Click Activate License. The plugin will bind to your domain automatically via CrowNation License Manager.
Grace Period
CrowNation License Manager provides a 30-day offline grace period and 7-day server cache. Your site stays protected even if the license server is temporarily unavailable.
Step 2: Configure AI Settings
Get API Keys
Get your Google Gemini key from Google AI Studio and Groq key from Groq Console.
Configure
Go to Crow SEO > Settings > AI Assistant, paste your keys, select language, and choose preferred provider.
Step 3: Run First SEO Analysis
Analyze
Go to Crow SEO > Dashboard and click "Run SEO Analyzer".
Review & Fix
Review the generated SEO score and follow the priority fix list to optimize your site.
Step 4: Enable Instant Indexing
Setup IndexNow
Go to Crow SEO > Settings > Instant Indexing, generate an API key, and enable "Auto-submit on publish".
Test
Use the "Submit Test URL" button to verify everything works.
Step 5: Configure Analytics
Add Tracking IDs
Go to Crow SEO > Settings > Webmaster and enter your GA4 Measurement ID, Search Console code, and social pixel IDs.
Verify
Use the built-in test buttons to verify each connection is working.

Get Measurement ID
Get your GA4 Measurement ID from Google Analytics (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX).
Configure

Verify
Click "Test Connection" to confirm data receipt within 30 seconds.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues
License Activation Failed
Error: "License activation failed"
Causes: Invalid key, domain mismatch, server blocking requests.
Fix: Verify key in WPBay account, check domain matches exactly, ensure cURL allows requests to crownation.click.
AI Features Not Working
Error: "AI generation failed"
Causes: Missing/invalid API key, rate limit exceeded, server timeout.
Fix: Verify API keys in Settings > AI Assistant, check rate limits, reduce content length, try alternative provider.
Schema Not Showing in Google
Schema validation errors
Causes: Validation errors, conflicting plugins, Google hasn't crawled yet.
Fix: Use "Validate Schema" button, disable duplicate schema in other plugins, request indexing via Search Console.
WebP Images Not Generating
Image conversion failed
Causes: Missing GD/ImageMagick, insufficient memory, file permissions.
Fix: Check PHP extensions in Tools > System Info, increase memory to 256MB+, ensure /wp-content/uploads/ is writable.
